I don’t know what Bill Clinton has, but that damn southern charm could charm the pants off millions of women…even still.
He could single handedly create another baby boom. Women think he’s hot! And, he is…damn it.
It wasn’t the old “Clinton” charm, it was the end-of-summer heat that got this lady.
Clinton had no idea what happened behind him. He’s probabaly used to the ladies fainting over him.
