The 41-year-old pin-up performed a lap dance for the millionaire after arriving at his 82nd birthday in nothing but a pair of high heels.

Pamela, who has posed for Hugh’s racy publication 13 times, joined his three girlfriends Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson at the party in Las Vegas.
