Aren’t you thrilled?  Today is the day you get to lavish your boss with sincere well wishes. Because you like them… right?

If you are fortunate enough to have a cool boss, thank your lucky stars.  It is an exception not a rule.

National Bosses Day sounds like a ridiculous holiday considering how many employees hate their bosses.  Yes, there are defiitely the good;  but coming from someone who no longer has a boss after dealing with a bread-throwing psycho, a man with an electric door slammer, and a crier who made part of my administrative requirement walking his dogs, not having a boss to celebrate is celebration enough for October 16th’s, National Bosses Day 2009.
