It could have been better without the hairy arms and lack of cleavage.

Perez Hilton got his freak on dressed as Lady Gaga at Heidi Klum’s 10th Annual Halloween Party in West Hollywood, California.

The celebrity blogger channeled Lady Gaga to perfection in a short black dress mounted with silver triangles and black fishnet tights. He even styled his hair to match the singer’s distinctive platinum locks.

    I think some people use Halloween as an excuse to do what they are normally fearful of doing the rest of the year. Paris to my mind is no exception.
