Comedian Tracy Morgan: People Leave Show After Dirty Jokes

Is it all about style vs. substance? Possibly.  Comedian Tracy Morgan of NBC’s “30 Rock”, makes no apologies as he gives his comedy set of rude, crude and down-right dirty jokes.

The reaction from the crowd?

Walk out!

Yep, about 30 people who came to see Tracy Morgan spew his brand of comedy tracked out after dirty jokes were made.

I should say that, it was not the dirty jokes themselves that got people so peeved they hit the door.  It was a matter of the subject of these jokes.

Who was the subject?  Well, when you have Barack, Michelle and Sex Tape in the same sentence…you might have issues with your audience, Tracy.

Or they’ll have issues with you.

“Obama is really changing the White House,” Morgan said, “because he and Michelle will have the first presidential sex tape out. Barack probably had Michelle in the window doggy-style.” Morgan then proceeded to give sex advice. “You gotta stick your tongue in her f*cking butthole,”

I can empathize with those that hit the road.  Somethings are better left unsaid.  Making jokes about the President in this manner…eww!

Yet, one must ask the question…

Didn’t fans of Richard Pryor love his comedic  style with much of the same subject matter?

“People seemed to not be laughing at his jokes, but more because they were shocked and appalled with what was coming out of his mouth,” reports one audience member. Morgan talked trash about homosexuality (saying it’s “a choice,” which drew gasps), drugs, pornography and what he calls “politricks” — far edgier subjects than what his alter ego, Jordan, gets air time for.

“There was a continuous flow of people getting up and leaving throughout the show…”
