Sean Kingston: $500,000 Crayon Neclace Is Stolen, Only Insured For $500

September 30, 2008

Sending things across the country is pretty safe, for the most part. But, not for Hip-Hop artist, Sean Kingston.

He attempted to send his famous “64 Crayons” necklace across the country via FedEx.

The teenage reggae singer let his sister FedEx his diamond-, emerald- and ruby-encrusted Crayola-box necklace from LA to NYC, but instead of insuring it for $500,000 she insured it for $500. It was being sent to a jeweler. Now it’s gone, and someone somewhere is Googling “melt clown jewelry.”

Didn’t he see “Castaway”?

It doesn’t always get there overnight.

So, now his coveted necklace is M.I.A.

I’m sorry. I am laughing. LMAO.
